TIF Certification: synonymous with hygiene and safety in the food industry in Mexico.

Every day, the demand for quality and safe food products requires greater regulation in the process. Strict compliance with sanitary standards throughout the supply chain is essential to guarantee food safety, i.e., from the field to the consumer's table. In Mexico, Federal Inspection Type (TIF) establishments play a fundamental role in the application of sanitary standards and the continuous improvement of processes with national and international recognition. Currently, more than 400 establishments nationwide have this TIF certification with different activities and species in the food industry. TIF certification is a seal of hygiene and quality that helps consumers protect their health and that of their families.
